How does Tapply work?

Each provider's bid sets their rate and grace period with you. Once a provider has opened a bid, you can call them anytime they're available. The session starts when they pick up, hang up when you're done, and payment processes automatically based on rate × duration.

How much does it cost?

No upfront costs to start a session. Tapply is an open marketplace where each provider sets their per-minute rate. Most charge $0.50–$2.00 per minute, though some charge more and some offer their expertise for free.

How does the Grace Period work?

Every session starts with an unpaid grace period before billing begins. Providers set this as part of their bid—with a 3-minute minimum. This ensures you have time to get comfortable and assess fit without fear of buyers remorse.

How quickly can I get help?

As fast as making a phone call. No contracts. No scheduling. No paperwork. We make access to software coaching as rapid and affordable as calling an Uber.

How do I find the expert I need?

Browse experts by software skill or post a request and let them come to you. You'll see each provider's session count, minutes, and rating within each skill.

How do I know if an expert is qualified?

We show you each provider's session history to help you choose wisely. Our focus, though, is on reducing latency and de-risking engagement. Per-minute billing means you're never stuck in a contract, while grace periods ensure you can always engage risk-free.
